The Guima Estate is commited to producing high quality speciality coffee and sustainable practices. It was one of the first farms in the world to receive the British Regenagri certification for regenerative agriculture. This program has supported the estate in increasing soil health, holistic farming, reducing emissions and sequestering CO2.

The estate lies within the Cerrado region, well known for the production of coffee. There are high, flat plains that allow the use of mechanisation and new technologies to pick and tend to the coffee plants.

Once harvested, this coffee is processed using the natural method. The cherries are dried on a combination of patio, dryers and raised beds for up to 10 days. The end result is a coffee that is rich in chocolate notes, sweet biscuit and a touch of red fruit.
